Start time will be depending on the venue either lunch or early dinner or all day - come and go as you like We're visiting a few venues for this at the end of this month when we're in Sapporo 4/28-5/1

We're looking to start around 5p, have another meeting with the planner and will have exact timing soon. FYI there is a guest changing area at the venue, in case anyone is going on adventures before.
